<p>We are looking <strong>"Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst"</strong> for Reputed Client @ Abu Dhabi Permanent Role.<br>Experience: 8-13 Yrs<br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for CRM enhancements.<br>• CRM Configuration: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the needs of the business, including designing and implementing workflows, forms, entities, and views.<br>• Data Management: Ensure data integrity by defining data migration and integration strategies, data cleansing, and data validation rules within the CRM system.<br>• System Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate CRM system changes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and address any issues that arise during testing.<br>• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on CRM functionalities, ensuring proper adoption of the system.<br>• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and procedures.<br>• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into business performance and customer interactions.<br>• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest CRM trends, best practices, and Microsoft Dynamics updates to identify opportunities for system improvement.<br>• Should be working for MS Dynamics CRM as a BA and also extended to further projects fro BA work&nbsp;<br>• Willingness to work as a test manager and project manager as and when needed. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology,&nbsp;<br>• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (minimum 4 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM).<br>• Strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRM concepts, including sales, marketing, and customer service processes.<br>• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.<br>• Experience with data migration and integration processes.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus.</p>
