<p>We are looking <strong>"Business Analyst (Mobile Application &amp; Policy Servicing)"</strong> for Reputed Client @ Abu Dhabi Permanent Role.<br>Experience: 7-8 Yrs<br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for mobile app features and also functionalities related to policy servicing.<br>• Conduct user interviews and workshops to understand user needs and preferences.<br>• Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications for the development team.<br>• Work closely with the app development team to ensure the implementation of policy servicing features aligns with business goals.<br>• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that app features meet the defined requirements.<br>• Continuously monitor and provide feedback on the app's performance and functionality.<br>• Analyze existing policy servicing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.<br>• Recommend changes and enhancements to streamline policy servicing workflows and reduce manual intervention.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.<br>• Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from policy servicing data, enabling data-driven decision-making.<br>• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track policy servicing performance and customer satisfaction.<br>• Build strong relationships with internal teams, including underwriters, customer service representatives, and IT professionals.<br>• Liaise with external partners and vendors involved in mobile app development and maintenance.<br>• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and test plans.<br>• Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and best practices.<br>• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for policy servicing features.<br>• Participate in test case execution, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring that test cases align with business requirements.<br>• Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.<br>• Conduct regression testing to verify that enhancements and fixes do not adversely impact existing functionality</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).<br>• Knowledge on Insurance policy administration systems is a must.<br>• 7 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on mobile app development and policy servicing.<br>• Proficiency in mobile app development concepts and methodologies.<br>• Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.<br>&nbsp;</p>
