<p>We are looking for <strong>"Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)"</strong> for Reputed Client @ Abu Dhabi,UAE Permanent Role.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>• Minimum 10+ years in core project management. <br>• 3-5 years of experience with CRM in a technical leadership role<br>• Must have successfully delivered at least one CRM implementation in insurance sector<br>• Subject matter expertise in Microsoft CRM Dynamics modules<br>• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry <br>• Minimum 2 years UAE experience<br>• Any one project management certification</p><p><strong>Core responsibilities:</strong><br>• Hands on working experience delivering successful projects using Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies<br>• Assist the Program manager in all project related matters including project design, planning, and delivery.<br>• Manage, monitor and track projects in order to ensure the project is OTOBOS at all times<br>• Update and maintain risk & issue logs <br>• Prepare regular project dashboards & other key project related documentation. Be the custodian of all project documents<br>• Highlight risks & issues proactively & work towards mitigating risks & close issues<br>• Define clearly the roles & responsibilities of the project team members to ensure no ambiguity in their expectations.</p><p><strong>Scrum specific responsibilities:</strong><br>• Standups - Facilitate standups (or the daily scrum) as needed.<br>• Iteration/sprint planning meetings – Protect the team from over-committing and scope creep. Aid in estimation and sub task creation.<br>• Sprint reviews – Participate in meetings and capture feedback.<br>• Retrospectives – Note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.<br>• Board administration – Work as the administrator of the scrum board. Ensure that cards are up to date and the scrum tool are working well.<br>• Meetings, 1 on 1s – Meet individually & as a team with team members and stakeholders as needed. Iron out team disagreements about tasks, process etc. <br>• Internal Consulting – Consult with team members and internal stakeholders on how best to work with the scrum team.<br>• Reporting – Regular analysis and reporting of what gets built and at what cadence. <br>• Blockers – Aid the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.</p><p><strong>Skills:</strong><br>• Must have strong communication & Interaction skills and must be able to effectively communicate with both internal & external stakeholders at all levels<br>• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must<br>• Must display ability to understand stakeholder expectations, deliver and manage their expectations at all time<br>• Must have proven experience of leading & managing project teams <br>• Must have ability to resolve problems effectively as well as display pragmatism<br>• Must be able to display collaborative skills with stakeholders & team members<br>• Time management<br>• Work under extreme pressure<br>• Expertise on PM tools like MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, Power point<br> </p>
