The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations <br></p> <p>Key Responsibilities: <br> • Develop and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows. <br> • Implement AEM Sites using AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS. <br> • Work with Sling, JCR, OSGi, HTL (Sightly) <br> • Build reusable components following AEM best practice. <br> • Integrate AEM with third-party systems and REST APIs <br> • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization <br> • Collaborate with UX, backend, and DevOps teams. <br> • Support deployments and production issues <br> • <br></p> <p>Required Skills: <br> • Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEMaaCS). <br> • Proficiency in HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, JCR <br> • Strong Java / J2EE development skills. <br> • Experience with OSGi, Apache Sling, Felix. <br> • Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. <br> • Experience with Maven, Git, Jenkins Understanding of AEM architecture and best practices <br></p> <p> Good to Have Skills: <br> • AEM Cloud Manager & CI/CD pipelines<br> • Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target integration<br> • Dispatcher configuration & caching strategies<br> • Experience with React / Angular integration with AEM <br> • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards <br> • <br></p>
