Job description:
• Provide Hypercare support for SAP MM modules in an S/4HANA 2025 Version 4 (Private Cloud) environment).
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs
• Troubleshoot issues related to Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification, and Master Data.
• Work closely with business users to validate and stabilize end-to-end MM processes.
• Monitor interface-related issues with external systems and coordinate with technical teams for fixes.
• Support cutover activities, data validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Perform configuration, testing, and documentation for minor enhancements or process optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional consultants (FI, SD, PP, WM, EWM, etc.) for integrated issue resolution. Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management
• Prepare knowledge-base documents, user manuals, and training support materials
