Job Description: • Provide hypercare support for Production Planning (PP) modules during and after go-live. • Troubleshoot and resolve production orders, MRP, BOM, routing, batch management, and shop-floor control issues. • Work closely with business users to identify, analyze, and resolve functional problems. • Manage incident, service request, and change request activities using ITSM tools. • Support integrations with related modules such as MM, QM, PM, and SD. • Perform configuration adjustments in line with S/4HANA 2025 best practices. • Document functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements. • Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live process stabilization. . • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment. . • Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities .
