Role: ServiceNow ITOM Developer
Goals:
Maintain a minimum of 2 billing Customers
Skills required:
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM
• ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Glide APIs
• Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management expertise
• CMDB best practices & data models
• MID Server configuration & troubleshooting
• REST/SOAP integrations
• Infrastructure knowledge (Servers, Networks, Cloud, Databases)
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules:
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Cloud Management (optional)
Good to have:
• ServiceNow ITOM certifications
• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience with AIOps
• Performance Analytics
• DevOps / CI-CD exposure
