Job Description

We are looking "BA-Reinsurance & Digital Transformation" for Reputed Client @ Abu Dhabi Permanent Role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing reinsurance processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for reinsurance operations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define clear and concise business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
• Work closely with the reinsurance team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risks.
• Identify opportunities to optimize reinsurance contracts, pricing, and risk assessment.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing reinsurance strategies to maximize profitability.
• Lead and contribute to digital transformation projects aimed at modernizing insurance processes and systems.
• Partner with IT teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in the insurance domain.
• Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from insurance data, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate project progress and performance against KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, actuaries, IT professionals, and external partners.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Produce detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project plans.
• Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for policy servicing features.
• Participate in test case execution, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring that test cases align with business requirements.
• Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to verify that enhancements and fixes do not adversely impact existing functionality

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field 
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on reinsurance and digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of reinsurance concepts, processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
