<p>We are looking <strong>"BA-Reinsurance &amp; Digital Transformation"</strong> for Reputed Client @ Abu Dhabi Permanent Role.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Conduct thorough analysis of existing reinsurance processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.&nbsp;<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for reinsurance operations and digital transformation initiatives.<br>• Define clear and concise business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.<br>• Work closely with the reinsurance team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risks.<br>• Identify opportunities to optimize reinsurance contracts, pricing, and risk assessment.<br>• Provide recommendations for enhancing reinsurance strategies to maximize profitability.<br>• Lead and contribute to digital transformation projects aimed at modernizing insurance processes and systems.<br>• Partner with IT teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.<br>• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in the insurance domain.<br>• Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from insurance data, enabling data-driven decision-making.<br>• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate project progress and performance against KPIs.<br>• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, actuaries, IT professionals, and external partners.<br>• Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and ensure project alignment.<br>• Produce detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project plans.<br>• Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and best practices.<br>• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for policy servicing features.<br>• Participate in test case execution, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring that test cases align with business requirements.<br>• Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.<br>• Conduct regression testing to verify that enhancements and fixes do not adversely impact existing functionality</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field&nbsp;<br>• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on reinsurance and digital transformation.<br>• Strong understanding of reinsurance concepts, processes, and regulations.<br>• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
