Automation Engineer (Python with Playwright)

Mandatory Skills:

1. Python, 2. Pytest, 3. BDD, 4. Kubernetes, 5. Cloud-AWS, 6. Gitlab CI, 7. API Automation, 8. PlayWright.

  • 5-7 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
  • Strong expertise in: Kubernetes, Python, Pytest, playwright with Javascript /typescript, BDD, Cucumber,Java

Experience with:

  • Designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Gherkin syntax and BDD principles.
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Test reporting and defect tracking tools (e.g., ALM, JIRA)
  • API testing (REST Assured) – optional
  • Linux/Unix shell scripting – basic
