Sales / Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions (HIMS, HRMS, SaaS products).
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in Software Sales / Business Development
  • Experience or knowledge in HIMS (Hospital Information Management System), HRMS (Human Resource Management System), SaaS products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
